Nationality - IndianWork Experience : 2.5 yrs of IT experience in Accenture India
I work as an A&H Support Analyst, which basically means that we help maintain the client business and fix any of the business outages based on the priority bugs we receive. The work I do currently revolves around the IT technology.
Added to this I handle process improvements and have implemented several process improvements which brought down the bugs count by 5-10 bugs per month on average (10-20% reduction in bug/month).
Also being the most senior member in the team, I mentor younger resources in speeding up the bug resolutions, help them communicate effectively to the clients throughout the Europe etc…
I’m still engaged in bringing improvements in other areas such as Release Management, Configuration Management, Quality of the services delivered etc and had foundation trainings in Six sigma

Apart from work, I'm one of the quality champ activities where we monitor teams across the project for the quality of the work delivered is upto the standards and suggest improvement areas.

I'm not sure about the concentrations for the last 2-3 schools, but can you suggest based on my exp, what would be the ideal concentration.
