Summer Intern at Ernst & Young, 2010
Selected for Summer Intern at Schlumberger, 2011
(Also Interned at 2 not-so-known Indian Electrical companies over 2009-10)
GMAT: Hopeful of >~720 - planning to give Early 2011
Nationality: Indian
Leadership + Extra currics:
1. Founder President of SIFE IIT Delhi - Managing multiple large scale projects with the Burmese refuge community in India on Economic and Social upliftment - ( Target community is 8,000 strong ). The projects are planned to involve students from across the city.
2. Involved in devising a model of "Governance" for New Delhi involving mobiles and computers - this has achieved critical acclaim and publicity nationally - now beginning its implementation stages.
3. National Level Soccer Player (currently playing for University),
4. Co-founded a startup cum football society - which provides soccer services to institutions across the capital of India and also helps provide coaching to under-previledged,

Your profile looks pretty good and will be further enhanced if you can achieve a 700+ GMAT score. Your target school list looks reasonable if you have a strong GMAT score. Make sure you know which programs require you to be a Junior when you apply so that you do not miss the deadline. Also, be very clear about your career goals so that your decision to pursue an MBA at this time comes across as an informed decision.
