Extra Curricular : In college, I founded my own Jamaican Club on campus. I also held leadership positions in various clubs on campus such as the treasurer position in National Association of Black engineers Club.
Post College I have dedicated my time to one meaningful organization. I have been mentoring under-represented minorities to secure full time offers from leading finance firms on Wall Street. I work with an organization that recruits talentented minorites and I work with those talentented individuals develop the core skills needed to do well in their respective internship positions.

After graduating from college, I spent 3 years in Private Wealth Management at one of the largest Wall Street Wealth Management Firms. I then left and spent six months in Equity Research at the same company. After six months in equity research, my father became ill and I left the position to help my parents manage the family business in Jamaica. After 1 year of helping my family to revive the business, I am now back in Private Wealth Management with another leading wealth management firm in new york. My experience with my family business helped me to realize my career goal.
Career Objective:My professional goal is to provide financing opportunities to entrepreneurs in the Caribbean, and impact the economic development in the region. I want focus in micro-finance area of finance.
Short : I plan to work for an organization that promotes small businesses and focuses on Business Development in emerging economies.
Long : I plan to establish a Small Business Development Bankthat advises and provides capital to proven entrepreneurial organizations.
