- first employee to be contamplated with firm`s stock option

If you retake the GMAT and score in the 700s, schools such as LBS, INSEAD, Kellogg, Booth, Columbia, Tuck and Sloan are reaches but within range (and Stern, Cornell, Yale, Duke, Darden, Michigan, UCLA and Haas are sweet spots).
With your current GMAT, you move yourself down a notch - Stern, Cornell, Yale, etc. are going to be stretches, and schools outside the top 16 such as Georgetown, Carnegie Mellon, Texas, Oxford, Cambridge, the Spanish schools, etc. will be sweet spots.
