Thanks for posting. With regards to which program would be the best fit, all of the programs you are interested in have world renowned reputations. If you are interested in staying with your current company post-graduation, I recommend speaking to your colleagues, particularly if they have attended similar business schools. You should also consider where you would be interested in working and living post-graduation, as the majority of the network you build will be in the location where you attend school.
Regarding your GMAT score, Executive programs focus more on work experience than on your GMAT and undergraduate record, however if you believe you can improve your score by 40+ points, it may be worth taking again. Your GMAT score is self-reported on your application, so admissions teams will only focus on your highest score.
