I think you are smart to apply to a range of schools, but I think you will burn out if from the start you plan to apply to 11. Start with 8, 4 round 1 and 4 round 2. Choose 3 from Harvard, Wharton, Chicago, Tuck, Columbia, where your chances are weakest but you definitely do have a chance, and apply to Duke, Darden, Michigan, and NYU, where you are competitive. I assume you are looking at Smith and Georgetown as the ones you can be most confident of acceptance and you're probably right. You may also want to look into UNC and USC; they both have strong programs in real estate.
If you really want to apply to all of these, apply to 4 R1, 4 R2, and then Smith and Georgetown R3, if necessary.
