Thanks for the reply Paul, appreciate your time. By your response I am led to believe that everyone at H/S/W has some extraordinary leadership experience or the equivalent. I am a little skeptical because for example I know at Bain at least 80% of the ACs go to HBS, Stanford or Wharton after their 2 year stint; knowing quite a few Bainies, they don't really exhibit this level of leadership/distinctiveness that you are talking about, other than the fact that they work at Bain and had a reputable undergrad.

Well, you didn't say you worked at Bain. You described your profile in very generic terms so I gave you my best gut evaluation. Even if you do work at Bain, if you want to stand out from all the other Bainies you better bring something more to your application than a reputable undergrad and a Bain business card.
