Like everyone else, I am extremely grateful for your feedback/suggestions -
Schools I'm definitely looking at: Washington (Olin),Pittsburgh(KATZ),Babson, SDA Bocconi, Erasmus, Emory
Profile: Indian Male(IT).... I know- I know... the worst profile if you are looking for MBA in US

Academics
GMAT: 660 (VA-35, QA-26, AWA- 4.5)
GPA: 70%(Somewhere in top 15%) from an Indian university in Computer Sc(Hons.)
Current Position: Working as a Software Engineer for the last 4 Years in a BIG-4 IT firm.Was posted in UK at client site for 9 months where I worked as a Onsite Co-Ordinator. I was the single point of contact between the Client management and the Offshore team(Team Size - 20)
Extra-Curriculars- Voluntary work with the Social Services committee at my company, Teaching Poor Kids.... Not much
Why MBA?
I would like to go into General Management(Basically get out of the Software sector). Looking at a school strong in General Management.
From your experience, what do you think? Do I have any hopes? Any areas to further develop/build experience in?
Can you please suggest some schools where I have a decent Chance(preferably in US)?

Yes, you do have a decent chance at all the schools you mentioned, which you seem to have chosen shrewdly. My only recommendations would be to do the things you probably already know about, like raising the GMAT and getting more leadership at and/or outside of work. Some other good schools where you have a chance include Indiana, Maryland, Wisconsin, Iowa, Vanderbilt, Michigan State, Purdue, perhaps UNC and Rochester.

I think that I will apply for the 2009 Session with a 700+ GMAT and get some more Leadership experience and then aim at top-15 Schools.
Again Thank you for your advice Paul... Will keep on asking you for comments this year...
