profile evaluation please

Hello,
I would really appreciate if you could pls take a look my profile and give me some suggestions..
Fall 2009 candidate
Age: 22 now (23 in january 2009)
Gender: Male
GMAT: might be somewhere 650-700 (haven't taken yet) GRE- 1370 (750Q, 620V)
GPA: 3.73 from a US national university- ranked 30 (architecture major with design background) - graduating 2008 // came to the states in 2004 on a scholarship
Academic Honors: Dean's List, Phi Beta Delta, The President’s Volunteer Service Award, The Scholar of Promise Award, Modern Languages and Literature Grant, The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Phi Eta Sigma
Work experience:
2002-2004 --- before I came to US in aug 2004, I worked 3.5 years at my family's construction company as a salesperson as well as a project manger for construction projects.
2005 summer -- volunteered as a camp couselor , taught art classes at a summer camp in US
2006 summer -- went back home (Burma), volunteered as a project manager with an NGO - supervising consturciton of water ponds, laterines...and implemented community development projects
-- also working part-time at my uncle's construction company
2007 summer -- worked at an archiecture firm in US as a junior architect
2008-2009 - founded an online business which sells web-related software with my close friend (who knows a lot about computer stuff)/ currently running successfully....
-- planning to work as a junior architect at an architecutre firm after I graduate from school this May
Extracurriculars: volunteered as a tutuor for economically disadvantagd kids from the local community, involved with a school club, co-founded a cultural club on campus, co-founded and co-chaired a committee to help forigen NGOs, volunteered as a UN delegate (became one of the first students in the world to do so in some ways)
International: have travelled to chile (learned how to order water in spanish, met with local kids living in hillside city, spent one day volunteering at their comminty center, visited a former concentration camp), england (visited Stonehenge and other heritage sites of england, learned about the British culture and tried to pick up the British accent a bit) , china (saw the Great Wall, had an interesting conversation with a man in chinese for the first time in my life), hong kong (was in a exchange program with a school in hong kong for one semester), singapore (amazed at how developed sg is)
Languages: native Burmese, fulent English, intermediate Chinese
I won four prizes in national arts contests in my country before I came to the states in 2004
I am interested in real estate and finance.... My goal is to go back to my country and....work at my uncle's consturction company ......also collaborate with local NGOs to improve my country's dire situation....
Is work exp before college counted? Should I try to find a job in real estate after I graduate?
what should i do to make my application much stronger?
which schools are interested in admitting young applicants with no substantial exp? do I have a shot at top 10 if I apply this fall? what range of schools should I target? (between top 20-30?)
