Please give a broad overview of my chances at these schools?
A: You should be broadly competitive for most of these schools, but certainly the lower-ranked ones in M7 and Darden.
Which schools would be aligned to my strengths/career goals?
A: Darden, Tuck, Kellogg, and MIT Sloan are great fits for your background. If you wish, you could also add in Fuqua, Yale SOM, and Ross.
What else could I do to improve my Extra curricular activities in the next 3 months?
A: To be honest, not much. It's a tough time of year to be ramping up your profile. Unless you can help plan an event, activity, fundraiser, etc. (a one-off achievement), it's not going to matter. Even if you do that (and I think timing is an issue), it might not matter. I would instead focus on your applications - namely your essays - so you can put the most cohesive and persuasive profile forward.
