I don't think it's realistic for you to pursue an MBA now if your goal is a top 12 or even top 20 school. Though your country of origin will help you stand out, your work experience and extracurriculars are too slight -- you need to build those up so they show leadership. If you can find a position with leadership opportunities without getting the MM or MF then I recommend doing that because the MM or MF won't help you get into business school and will force you to sacrifice a year in which you could be accumulating leadership experiences at and outside of work. If your goal is to use the MBA to break into finance, then don't worry about not having finance experience *before* the MBA. Most people use MBAs to make career changes so as long as you can show the B-schools that you've done your homework on a finance career, you can stay in your current career until the MBA.
As for your chances at Duke and Oxford, assuming your grades are as good as your GMAT, you should be competitive.
