Work for a couple of years before going back to school. You'll appreciate it more and it'll be more valuable. Right now, you aren't going to get into a reputable MBA program.
My hunch is that what's driving your desire to go back to school is that you're not quite happy with your job - and you're seeing school as a way out of your predicament. The thing is, the more valuable thing to do if you're not happy with your work experience thus far is to continue looking for another job (as hard as that may be in this economy). Because this won't be the last time you'll face dissatisfaction in your life or career - we all face it multiple times throughout our lifetimes no matter what career we're in -- and you can't always see "more school" as your way out. Most of the time, you'll have to find a way to gut it out or man up by enduring what you currently do, or to find a way to do something else. It's tough, but no one ever said having a fulfilling career was easy as being a student.
