Hello mariiapod

Your 'stats' cover almost all the bases, so in short- it is execution that will matter for you. (You can read more on what is required to get into the likes of INSEAD)
You have spikes to show in your Acads, GMAT, International Ex (much preferred by INSEAD) and Diversity (due to ethnicity).
It will help further if your pack your essays with information around your achievements and career progress at work (than just the years, industry and responsibilities).
Career goals seems realistic and organic too, just showcase why the need of an MBA at this stage (since you are already in a similar role and can grow organically too)
That said, to stand out also mention your extracurricular activities as they can help enhance your diversity and bring out more facets of your personality.
To conclude, based on the 'quantitative' part of your profile I feel you have a strong chance, all that matters is bringing out the 'qualitative' part in your written application.

A few more perspectives on this Mariia:
  1. The academic profile looks good on the undergrad; the grad GPA however may need some explaining, especially if modest on a relative scale. It also doesn't go well with your GMAT and CFA story.
  2. The work experience sounds pretty interesting. It would however be important to understand the rationale for the seemingly disconnected career changes to get the right mileage. Also bear in mind that some of the bigger firms may have certain prejudice when hiring folks with boutique consulting exposure.
  3. The international experience is good and would be the strong point here. You haven't mentioned anything on the ECs front. Read here as to why they matter.

Hope this helps some.

Cheers,
