Let's get right to the most critical items.
First, leadership per the MBA application is not defined by roles as much as by experiences and abilities. If you can showcase tremendous leadership skill and potential via the essays, you don't need organizationally defined roles. It comes down to executing on the applications.
Second, you should just pull HBS off your list. It is a school that skews young unless there are truly exceptional circumstances (military, most notably). Given your experience and interest in automotive, Ross is a must-add. Michigan State is also super plugged in of course, given its state of location, and is a higher rise in the latest BW rankings. Wisconsin is another program that is wildly underrated and places a lot of people. Among elite US programs, Haas and MIT are both good choices and probably better fits than Wharton. If you want to get really creative, you can look at SBA Bocconi in Milan (places people with Porsche, Ferrari, etc.). I think USC Marshall does well with the Japanese automakers. Anyway, a lot of options for someone with your interests.
For US programs, do everything you can to submit Rd 2 as there is a steep drop off at from 2/3 at many schools. Hiring a consultant - if it is within your means - is absolutely one of the best ways to do that. If you would like to kick the tires on our services, PM me and I'll set you up with a free initial consultation.
Hope this helps.
