Alex,

Can you please evaluate my profile?

Male, White, US Citizen

Applying for admission Fall of 2012 (full-time)

GMAT: 720/94% (V: 41/92%,Q: 47/77%, AWA: 6)

Work Experience: 5 years as of admission (4 years now)
Private Equity Associate (2.5 years as of admission, 1.5 years now)
Investment Banking Analyst at Bulge Bracket firm (2.5 years)
Had 3 summer internships


Education:
Undergrad: BS in Business Administration from Top 10 Undergraduate Business Program
GPA: 3.6

During MBA: Want to focus on entrepreneurship primarily, finance secondarily

Post-MBA
Short-term: Continue working in PE or VC focusing on small firms
Medium-/Long-Term: Be an entrepreneur
Very Long-Term: Become a professor

All the schools on your list are within reach, except for HBS (assuming your PE role is a post-MBA position; they really prefer them with the standard 2 or 3 years analyst + 1 yr PE experience; also, IB/PE guys have fallen more out of favor at HBS and to some extent at Wharton, so while there's still IB/PE folks getting in, there's less of them compared to years before).

In any case, you have too many schools -- you'll dilute your efforts across too many schools. Narrow them down to 5-6.

Stretch: Wharton
Sweet spot: Sloan, Booth, Kellogg
Semi-safety: Darden, Fuqua (as there are no true safeties in the top 16 for any applicant anymore)

To be honest, at your stage in your career, I don't think applying to a school outside the top 16 is worth it for someone like you.
