Thanks for posting.

With regards to your GMAT score, I would not be concerned about taking the test again. A 740 is a very strong score and the additional 20 points will not make much of a difference.

You should focus your time now on your essays and ideally on presenting yourself as a leader. Business schools will be looking for this type of management and leadership experience. Look for ways that you can stand out among your peers. This will be key in getting accepted into the business school of your choice.
