Good looking profile, but 3 years WE sounds light for age 28...this might take some explanation. Love the international experience and the big GMAT. Did you go to a top 50 UG institution?

Yes - BYU in its accounting program (ranked ~#1 or #2 by the Public Accounting Report)

Yeah, the 28 thing is explained by (a) 2 year service in Argentina and (b) 1 year extra for master in accounting program. I'll be sure to explain. If you have any other thoughts, feel free to respond.

You are coming from a typical feeder industry for b-school and sounds like youhad some pretty high octane experience, so I think the number of years is fine. You likely know the routine from your industry which is, work like an animal for 2-3 years and then rocket off to b-school. This routine is expected by the top b-schools, so should not be a detriment. Top UG and great GMAT along with high finance and CPA. I think you have a great profile to be competitive.
