I like your background but a lot will depend on what you are doing in your current firm. The admissions committees will particularly be seeking evidence that you are not just conducting the accounting but are leading people, ideas, and decisions in the firm. If you have not yet achieved that level of influence, you'll need to find ways to do so by speaking to your seniors about other opportunities and maybe just taking some new initiatives on your own.
