Hi,

I have pretty decent accads, I have done my Enigneering (Computer Science) from Vellore Institute of Technology ( amoung the top 10 Engineering Colleges in India). I have a GPA of 8.27. In college I took an active part in the vit quiz club and won several compititions.
Work EX:
Working with Cognizant since 24 months
Working as a Free Lancer at ATV(a local news channel) - at ATV I do web site development, program direction and also manage pragram teams
Community Service:
I take regular part in the Cognizant Outreach Programs
Also I am a part of a Local NGO and have been working in it since 2 years.
Achievements:
I have designed a web portal (prototype) for politicians called the Political network, and have presented it to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
I am interested in MBA Information Management, as this is my field. My short term goals are to be able to understand the industry better and be able to participate on the business aspect of this industry and I have identified that I have raw managerial skills and these skills need to be polished and an MBA form a top school can help me do that.
In the long term I look to start my own technology company after getting enough insight and experience in the industry. When a business opportunity presents itself, I want to be ready in every way possible and grab it with both hands.
My target schools:
Warwick (UK)
Nanyang (Singapore)
Brigham Young University: Marriott
Georgia Institute of Technology
Texas A&M: Mays
Please let me know what are my chances of getting in these schools.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
You have a competitive profile for these programs, although your quantity of work experience is on the low side and could be an issue. Please see "
Younger MBA Applicants."
Best,
Linda
