Your profile is strong and interesting. I’d consider you to be a viable MBA applicant to top programs globally. Of course, the most competitive programs, such as HBS, Stanford, Insead, etc. will always be reasonable reaches (for anyone), but with an effective application/presentation, from the information you’ve provided I believe you will be competitive at such programs.
As for MSRED, I think highly of it, though my experience with it is not huge. But the various iterations of MBA and related programs at MIT are so strong – I find that whatever type of program MIT develops, it does it right and with excellence.
I do suggest that from now to when you start applying, you continue your professional growth, impact, and leadership, todeliver the strongest applications possible with very fresh accomplishments and a track record of consistent excellence.
