With a 680 GMAT and international diversity, you should be an attractive candidate for schools ranked in the top 10-25 range after you log at least 3 years of work experience. Sounds like you have that if you count some of the time while you were still in school, but many schools will only count officially the work experience you have since college up to the date of matriculation. So if you have two years as of today, you will have 3.5 by the time you start an MBA program. MS programs are much more lenient on work experience, bbut perhaps less lenient on things academic. My guess is you would have a shot at either program and I would advise you to seek one near the area where you plan to work post-school.
