Hey there,
Thanks for the additional info! Definitely helps!
Academically, you seem to be on the right track. There's still some additional information I'd like but at a high level I'd say you're in the ballpark. For example, you mention you have a 7.4 undergrad gpa but you don't mention the institution. A 7.4 from IIT > NIT > regional. Also, is a 7.4 1st class? 1st with distinction? What's your rank? All those things matter. Same goes for your grad program. However, assuming you went to good schools and did well relative to your peer set, then you're heading in the right direction.
Your professional history, however, is what sets you apart. Firstly, you're not in IT! Love that. Also, I like how you're working for a French MNC, focus on high end products, have cross functional & cross value chain experience, and report to an expat. All of those things will come into play and will really help put together a pretty compelling professional story. I also like your work on the startup but what passive involvement entails will end up determining how important it is to your application. There isn't much to say here - I like it!
From a community involvement standpoint, it seems you're a little on the light side. You haven't mentioned anything outside of your job / the start up. Is there stuff here that you maybe just didn't include? If not, then that's a pretty big gap.
When it comes to your goals, they make sense and we can put together a pretty unique story around them. Also, you have experience in a lot of functions and that can enable a variety of story choices.
So all that said, your GMAT is probably good enough. It's a little bit below average (a 720+ would be great for you to be on the level with your competition - especially depending on where you went to school) but it's not going to torpedo your chances anywhere. You didn't mention your split but hopefully it's fairly balanced?
From a school perspective, there are a variety of programs that should be on your radar. In Europe, look at LBS, Cambridge, INSEAD, and HEC. Especially HEC given their strength in luxury / consumer / retail. If you're really interested in accelerating your marketing career, however, some US programs need to be on your list too. Kellogg, Ross, UCLA, Stern, and Columbia all warrant a close look.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any specific questions. If you want to chat just sign up for a free consultation
