I'm currently in my final year of undergraduate studies at College of Business Studies, University of Delhi. My degree is a Bachelor in Management Studies specializing in Finance. It is a three year undergrad programme and hence I have 15 years of education, as against the 16 years universities in USA require. My aggregate of the first two years is 86.2%.
I will be starting applications this year itself. I don't want to work a full time job before studying for my Masters.
I wish to apply for Masters in Finance, Masters in Economics and MBA programmes. Are there any universities in USA that would consider my profile given the 15 years of education?
I have been certified by the National Stock Exchange of India as a Capital Markets Professional. In this course I studied the financial market, macroeconomics, derivatives and technical analysis.
I have an internship with a popular e-commerce firm for marketing and supply chain management and I am currently interning with an institute where I'm working on a project related to candlestick chart analysis.
I had been selected as a part of a 10 member contingent from my university to go on an exchange trip to London funded by the University of Delhi, the British Council and UKIERI.
I have a very strong extracurricular portfolio due to western vocals and social service certificates.
I will be taking my GRE this September.
I wish to apply to:
HEC Paris
Oxford University
LSE
Imperial
EDHEC
Harvard 2+2
Is it at all possible to apply for MBAs with GRE scores? I have heard they can be converted to GMAT scores.
All university websites state GRE or GMAT for Finance, but is there any preference given to GMAT?
What sort of a GRE score would be good for my current targets?
Are there any other programmes or universities you would recommend?
Thank you
