Hello Team,
My academic qualifications are as below:
Graduation: B.Tech Instrumentation, CUSAT India, CGPA 8.01
Work Experience: 2012-2016 formerly BG now Shell
Joined British Gas in 2012 as a Junior Engineer and have been involved in Oil and Gas exploration and production business since last 45 months. Currently employed as Operations Engineer in Shell. My current role is pretty vast and variable: I currently offer my engineering expertise to handle production related bottlenecks, handle a team of 5-6 people under me, interacting with SAP ERP for material stocks and day to day documentation. I have been based in India only so far. Kindly advise.
I want to make a laterla movement in from engineering to operations management.
Please can you help me evaluate my profile and suggest suitable schools & what should my GMAT target score be.
Regards
M Pandey

Your overall profile, judging only from what you have mentioned so far, is strong. Engineering experience in oil and gas is valued by most B-schools. Now, aim to put the cherry on top of this with a great GMAT score (aim for 720+). Please provide more details on ECA to enable an evaluation on that front.
School selection will be difficult without more details on your profile and your GMAT score. Focus on your GMAT for now and know that with your profile you have some excellent options possible for you (in India and abroad) if you can get a good GMAT score.
All the best and feel free to come back with more queries as needed.
