Hi there!
Thanks in advance for taking the time to review my profile and provide your insights on strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/etc. and how these may lend themselves to picking target schools.
I'm hoping the included details below will be sufficient for your evaluation, but definitely feel free to let me know if having more information about any of the areas I included (or missed!) would be beneficial. Happy to elaborate as needed.
Thank you again!

Demographic: Male, 25, White/Pacific Islander
Undergraduate School: Boise State University
Undergraduate Major: Communication, Rhetoric
Undergraduate GPA: 3.542
Additional Notes: Course history at Boise State was very diverse, as I was, at different times, both a Biochemistry major and Accounting major. Ended up graduating with Communication/Rhetoric with an Accounting minor. Not including this note as a pro or a con, just an FYI!
Work Experience - Length: 3.5 years at time of expected matriculation
Work Experience - Industry: Majority of time spent in top tier media agencies in Chicago working on premier CPG and QSR clients. Transitioned out of agency life and into an ad tech SaaS company (also in Chicago, HQ in SF Bay Area) where I work as an Account Manager with clients from a variety of industry verticals (pharma, CPG, tech, etc).
Additional Notes: Had one direct report in last agency role, which was a good introduction to managing another individual's workload and development. In switching to the ad tech company, I gave up management experience (even on a very small scale) to get hands-on experience managing profit margins and significant client relationships in an all-hands-on-deck corporate structure.
GMAT: 730
Professional Goals: One of the things I liked most about working in a media agency was the opportunity to create and develop meaningful brand stories for some of the most well-known global brands. Post-MBA, I'd like to go back to these roots and work as a marketing/brand manager in either tech or pharma industries.
My Major Concerns: Not being from a typical MBA work background (i.e. not IB, consulting, etc.), graduating from an unranked undergraduate university, disjointed work experience (at least it may look like this on paper, essay may be a good place to thread it all together!)
