Hi,

I am aiming to get a seat in ISB Hyderabad .
Can my profile be evaluated on the basis of following details.

Female -26 year old

GMAT score 740
4 years of experience in IT with Accenture.
6 months at client site in London ;only a single resource representing the team.
X - 78.6% kendriya Vidyalaya -Delhi
Xll - 64.6% Kendriya Vidyalaya - Bangalore
Btech in CSE- 68%-: Visvesvaraya technological University(with FCDs in all semester starting 4th sem)
Published article on a Daily newspaper
Active participation in toastmaster
Travel blogger for solo trips, healthy life style habits
Android app developer for daily news updates.
Oracle certifications on the technology I am currently working on.
Marathon runner.


Hobies

Writing
Running
Singing (not a singer)
Philanthropy- active participation in corporate social responsibility

Thanks for sharing your information with the community. Congrats on a strong GMAT! What's your role at Accenture? The adcom will look for your key achievements and most impactful leadership experiences. It would be good if you a promotion or two during your time there. You have solid involvement activities, but are you a major contributor? Finally, what do you hope to do after your MBA? This hones in on your story and why you fit at ISB. I am currently working as a analyst is Accenture with 2 promotions (with best ratings)in a career span of 4 years.
Working with a team involved in agile development for a client; leading TV channel in the UK. I belongs to the communication and Media section of Accenture ; In terms of leadership I consider myself as a key member of the team in terms of planning, executing and delivering to the client; have worked at the client location being the only representative of the team while coordinating the team activities.
-Android mobile app created by me is solely my idea; with me being the designer and developer.
-The articles and blogs which have been published by me are completely under my ownership and do not involve anyone else.

After MBA I wish to expand and use my knowledge of technology into business.
Being a analyst does not give you a complete knowledge of the business level agreement with the client . Already having some experience at ground level I hope a overall perspective would help me gain a better understanding and more profit to the Information and technology business and community.

Hi Shreya,

You have a pretty strong profile for ISB. Do apply in the first cycle- which happens around October 15th.

I'd suggest that you also consider some other colleges. Competition is only getting getting tougher at ISB every year, with more number of people applying.

Looks good! Just go for it! With a great application and clear goals.
And of course, apply to more than ONE program. You never know what can happen so you should build yourself an application strategy with 4-7 schools.
