I am a typical Indian IT Male with following profile. Request for evaluation:
Education:
1. ICSE [10th] - 88%
2. ISC [12th] - 80%
3. B.Tech [CSE] - Private Engg College in India - 8.24/10 [GPA 3.3]
4. Executive Program for Young Professionals [EPYP] - IIM Calcutta - 1 year Online course - Grade Good
Work Experience:
1. Overall experience of 10 years, worked as Test Lead for 5+ years
2. Managed teams of upto 30+ members, including delivering and managing testing engagements for MNC clients
3. Onsite position for a year
4. Worked as Sales Analyst reporting to CEO, individually responsible for multiple geographies and improvising sales reports/analysis for better funnel optimization.
5. Excellent in establishing quality assurance program including general criteria for system reviews, a software metrics & measurement program that included software quality, estimation, bench marking, productivity, risk analysis & cost information for software developers & business

Focus on standing out, understand the challenges of your demo and focus on standing out amongst this bunch will be your best bet
