Hi,
I would really appreciate a profile evaluation and if you could suggest which international B-schools I should apply to for Fall 2018 intake:
Brief - Indian female, 24 years, lived in Dubai entire life
GMAT - 740
Bachelors - Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani, Dubai
Graduate CGPA - 7.6/10
Current work experience - 2 years, will be 3+ by the time of joining - working in the marketing field since I have a strong interest in it and plan to pursue my MBA in the same direction.
Current Designation - Account Manager for a leading Advertising Agency in Dubai
Additional info:
1) Have acquired diplomas in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing through online academy
2) Was part of the Social & Environmental group in college organising many campaigns; took initiative to educate the blue-collar workers at the college post college hours
3) Part of the special needs' school community here as a volunteer
I do realise my work experience is slightly on the lower side, but I do not have an option to postpone my MBA plan any further due to some reason. I would really appreciate your feedback on how I can improve and spruce up my profile and which schools I should be targetting.

Thanks for sharing your profile. I really like your profile. You have a strong GMAT coupled with some unique work experience (marketing) and career interest for your competitive pool I think you have a chance to stand out here. Also, B-schools still skew male which again provides an opportunity for you to stand out. Focus your targets on schools that value these qualities like say and Kellogg and create a compelling application that highlights some of your other unique traits
