Hi,
I am an engineering graduate (female)
With 8.4 CGPA in graduation/77%
10th/ 12th marks above 85%
Presently in manufacturing sector
Will be completing 4 years of experience in July 17
Initially I was in technical sector for about 2 years ..from past 2 years I am in corporate procurement domain at head office.
Profile is good which includes market intelligence, enhancing vendor base and also the company is a gud name
Have done some certificate courses on business from coursera and edx.
Not given GMAT yet but could get a decent score
Interested in doing 1 year MBA from USA/Europe etc
Domain preferred is international business
Kindly review my profile and advise where do I stand and what more I need to do.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your valuable inputs because at this juncture, it means a lot to have some guidance.
I am having a few points which i would further like to discuss:
* Looking at my current job description which domain i should target/ which countries. Am i right in preferring 1 year MBA over two years?
As i am on a managerial role where its tough to move upwards without a proper MBA degree
*What should I do in the meantime to make my profile strong. Regarding extra curriculars I participated in sports etc in college & Colleges. My hobbies include sports activities.
*Can u name some few good schools in terms of ROI in which I stand a chance.
* As there are some language requirements in Europe, will i be facing any problem after completing my terms. Do they prefer native speakers?
To add, I am not looking to change functions and neither I am that much interested in working at USA. The thing which I am focusing on is overall growth
