Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details of your profile! However, we actually are no longer providing straight profile reviews on this forum. We believe that your competitiveness at different schools relies on more than just a few stats or data points and so, a conversation is a much better way to provide that feedback and help you approach the application process. For those same reasons, we can't quantify your chances at any particular school based on the information you shared.
Assuming you're planning on applying in round 1 this summer/fall, it's probably a bit too late to make meaningful improvements to your profile that would move the needle on your chances of admission. That said, I would encourage you to do your research on your career goals (by speaking with current students who have secured internships in your desired industry or post-MBA professionals in that role, for example) to better understand the recruiting landscape and challenges. My sense is that it's going to be tough to transition to the buyside (assuming you mean PE/VC) out of an MBA program without prior experience but perhaps your ratings agency experience is fairly relevant? Either way, the reasons why for your goals and your underlying motivations are going to be an important part of your application so I suggest doing that soul-searching now, if you haven't already.
I'm not sure I understand your last question about how rating agency experience is viewed by the adcom. Viewed as it relates to what, exactly?
Best,
Melody
