Some more perspectives for you StrugglingGmat2910:
  1. The work profile sounds good. It is not clear when you say you handle operations, what all does it mean and what's the level of your responsibility. Do you directly manage a team? How big? Think along those lines as the way you have mentioned, can be interpreted in many different ways.
  2. It is great to see continuity on organizing side from college days to now. That can make for a pretty good story, supporting you well.
  3. The GMAT it seems has been your Achilles heel. Since you've tried it 4 times already, what's your confidence level of making the cut? If it's low, it might be worth either looking beyond it and/or exploring the GRE - some find it easier. So do explore those routes.
  4. Finally, bring more clarity on your post-MBA plans. Read here.

Hope this helps some.

Cheers,
