You're one of the rare Indian male technical/engineering applicants who has a good shot at top 10 schools! Your GMAT is competitive (740+ is typically the target for top 1- for your demographic) & that fact that you went to IIT is great as well. It's also good that you're applying on the early side -- many Indian applicants have too many years of work experience by the time they apply. Although you're in an engineering role, it sounds like you have good exposure to the business side & are thinking from a customer perspective. The fact that you have leadership experience inside & outside of work is great as well.
All that said, you definitely have the makings of a top ten application but it will be critical to take this material and tell a strong story about your unique accomplishments at work, the specifics of your post-MBA goals (i.e. 2-3 target firms, target titles in the ST & LT, exactly what you hope to accomplish & the unique change you plan to drive, why this is your passion, etc) and what you can contribute while in b-school. You've got the potential to get into a top school, but the competition is fierce!
