I am a Marine Engineer with 4 years of work experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE
1) Stock Team Leader
Designed and implemented stock layout plans having value for than 1M$ on container merchant ships. It consists of inventory management, streamlining stock procurement system and creating an overview of all the stocks. Work Exp: 5 months. Company: Maersk Line

2) Operations Engineer(4th Engineer):
Carried out maintenance and operations of machineries on container merchant ships, continuos monitoring of machines and daily operations of ship activities. Work Exp: 2 years, Company: FleetShip Management.

3) Junior Operations Engineer:
Calculated fuel and oil consumption along with chief engineer and observed daily figures, assisted in operation and maintenance of machineries, attained skills of welding, drilling and lathe machines. Work exp: 2 years, Company: Maersk Line

Hi Mayur,

You can start your thread for your profile evaluation.
Your profile is good- depends upon which schools you are planning to apply to because a 650 GMAT would be low for many MBA programs.
There's a quite a number of merchant navy guys who apply for MBA every year. As you compete directly with them, it would be important to know your achievements and impact you have had in improving your company's/ client' business. With this in mind your resume and essays should be very strong.

Extra curricular actvities are valued in the admissions process, and it would be important to know how involved you are in these, specifically what you have done at the Lion's club
