Thank you for sharing! Given your target school list, you will want to aim higher than a 700 on the GMAT, particularly for M7 schools like HBS and GSB.
Breaking 730 should be a good target since you are coming from a competitive applicant pool.
If your goal is to go into VC, you are going to need a broad set of finance and valuation skills, so I would focus on schools with strong finance programs. CBS and Wharton (on your list) are good options, as are Booth and NYU Stern, and Anderson.
