Planning to apply for R1 for these: NUS, IE, IESE, ESADE, Imperial, Nanyang -
Average GMAT scores at NUS(667), IE(677), IESE(686), ESADE(660), Imperial(660), Nanyang(670).Any tips or questions would be very much appreciated, but I have a few specific questions into which I would love some insight as well:
• Which other schools should I target?
If you can get your GMAT score up, the rest of your profile looks very strong so I wouldn't limit your options at this point• Any thoughts on whether my target schools are reasonable based on my profile?
Yes they're reasonable. Your GMAT is generally below average for most of the programs you listed, however your strong undergrad and EY experience will likely offset the softer score compared to other applicants.• Is my profile good enough to get decent scholarships in the school I am targeting?
I don't mean to harp on your GMAT, but that's going to likely hold back some scholarship opportunities for you.
You have such a colorful undergrad and EY experience that with a strong GMAT score I'd think you'd have a better chance at scholarship. Check out our blog on Strategies to Find Scholarships for MBA Programs.• What more I can do to strengthen my profile so that my chances of making to these and other prestigious schools increase?
Retake the GMAT (or GRE). If there's more to the story that you haven't included in this profile review request, you could write an optional essay addressing the low test score is a result of that issue. Also, one thing I didn't see is your career aspirations. Clearly defining what you want to do in your career will provide structure for why you're pursuing an MBA, why now is the right time, and the specific skills/development areas you'll focus on during the MBA program. Thanks for your time.
