Thank you for reaching out! It's great to see that you have a range of target schools. In terms of your work experience, the 2 promotions will help your candidacy.
Your main weakness at this point would be your GMAT. We suggest that you take a look at the GMAT averages for your target schools, and because you're applying from an overrepresented pool (Indian M), you should aim for 20-30 points higher than the average, so ideally 750+ for a school like Stanford or Kellogg.
