You have a solid professional profile with good extracurriculars. My sense is that INSEAD may be shooting too high, but no harm in giving it a try. You should be competitive at Said and ISB. As for US schools, given your goals consider Duke, Georgetown, Emory, CMU.

Retaking the GMAT would probably only really help if you added another 40 points or so.
