Since I have no work experience, I applied to HBS 2+2 program, but didn’t get into the next round interviews. Got my essays reviewed by alumnus. I don’t know what I should improve at this point. (GMAT, GPA, Internship)?
Thank you.
Steven,
You have a few options:
1) Consider a masters in management program like that of
Duke or
London Business School. Both these programs are geared to people with little or not work experience.
2) Apply to a full-time MBA program like Rochester's or
CMU Tepper's, which is more open to applicants straight out of college. Internships are very important if you want to go this route. You may also want to review this information from
Chicago Booth.3) Work for a year or two after you graduate and apply.
4) consider a program like the
Yale Silver Scholars program.
Best,
Linda
