My goal is to attend a full-time MBA program at one of the top 10 business schools. Could you please assess my profile and give me your feedback?
GMAT score: 710
Undergraduate degree: B.S. Computer Engineering from University of Florida, GPA: 3.8, Year: 2000
Graduate degree: M.S. Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University, GPA: 3.76, Year: 2006
Work experience:
1. Motorola: 2000 - 2006
Grew from an intern to a senior software engineer designing and developing software for 2-way radio products.
2. Verifone: 2006 - Present
Senior software engineer, design and develop software for point of sale systems.
I'm 32 yrs old, married w/ 2 little ones! I have been learning Indian classical music for the past several years. I have tutored Math and English to students while in college and after college.
Please let me know your assessment of my candidacy. Which schools are impossibles, which ones are long shots, and which ones are reasonable choices? If I can do something to improve my candidacy, please let me know also.

You'd want to focus on schools in locations that are more family friendly (unless if you're fabulously wealthy).
That would mean knocking out Columbia and NYU - I'm sure there may be folks here who will chime in on how they've managed with kids living in NYC, but if you had the choice, it would be pretty far down on the list.
Look at schools like Darden, Duke, Michigan, Haas and Cornell as schools that'll likely suit your needs.
