You have a strong candidacy. Your GMAT score is a bit below the average (avg. GMAT at Columbia was 720f for 10' class), and the middle 80% GPA for the same class was 3.1-3.8.
Nothing you have written will hurt you, but your personal essays and letters of recommendations are going to be critical. The history of progression at work is great, but you'll need to write about the impact you made.
Right now your candidacy rests on your ability to craft your "personal brand" and to explain in your essays why you should be selected over candidates with similar profiles. The schools you are considering are very competitive (acceptance rate for Columbia MBA 10' class was 15%).
