Your experience looks very interesting and diverse – this can be both good and bad. The good is broad exposure and experience relevant to your goals; the negative is a sense of lack of direction. I can’t tell from your description whether you have also had professional advancement and outstanding performance – those factors are key for top MBA programs. In your applications be sure to create a coherent story when presenting your work experience.

Both of your prospective goals look like good post-MBA paths – but I can’t tell whether they’re both equal options for you, or is one a plan A and the other a plan B? It’s important to have a strong main focus, and with that, a feasible and thoughtful plan B is a good idea. Also, it’s not clear how your work has shaped your goals – that will be important for the overall coherence of your application.

For most of the schools your GMAT and academic record are fine – the GMAT isn’t “wow” but it does the job. I’d consider Columbia and Haas, and Kellogg to be reasonable reaches – the GMAT could be a little higher for Haas and Columbia, and competition is fierce. The other programs would be on-pars.

If you are applying not in this but the next application cycle, I suggest looking to ensure leadership and impact at work, and also develop a coherent message encompassing your work experience and goals.
