Hello,
I am hoping you can provide me with some insight on my chances at getting in to any of the top 20 B schools. I have a strange background from undergrad and work experience:
Age:30
Gender: Male
GMAT: 740
Undergrad: 2.9 GPA, Bachelors of Science in Biology, University of Toronto
Work experience:
6 years of experience with operational logistics in the US Navy as a Supply Officer. I currently supervise 60 employees and manage $1.5 mil worth of equipment.
Prior to joining the Navy, I worked as an editor. I doubt this is relevant.
My reach schools are Harvard, Stanford, and Kellogg, and my more reasonable targets are Darden, UNC, Duke, and Cornell.

Thanks for sharing your profile. I am evaluating this based on the info given and you have a strong GMAT, with good work experience that the schools listed will love because of the military lean given the association with teamwork and leadership. Your GPA is low but your tough major and high GMAT should help you out here. I think you have done a nice job at selecting your schools and should give you some options for admission
