Hi Aline,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details of your profile! It sounds like you’ve had some extensive international experience both from your work and your education background – that will certainly make you more desirable to programs like INSEAD, LBS, etc. However, my question back to you is “why are you seeking a second MBA when you already have one and seem to be doing a job you love?” You don’t mention what your post-MBA goals are but that story (your goals, why MBA, etc.) is something you’ll want to articulate clearly and specifically in your applications. That will be key to a successful application, in my experience.
Your grades from undergrad and grad school look good so I don’t see any issue there. In terms of extra-curriculars, are you involved in any community service or volunteer programs? Or perhaps you have a leadership position in your running club? Those are things I would recommend highlighting in your applications as well – the goal is to establish a track record of leadership, both inside AND outside of work.
Otherwise, my advice to you is to focus on prepping for the GMAT and knocking it out of the park come July! That, combined with following the advice above, should set you up nicely for a successful application season.
Best of luck to you! If you’d like to chat further or walk through the details of your profile in person, I’m happy to schedule a call. Feel free to sign up for a free consultation with me

Best,
Melody
