I am planning to apply for R2. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Profile -
GMAT Score - 655(91st percentile): Q83(81st percentile) V81(67th percentile), DI 83(96th percentile)
Work Experience - 3.5 years
Nationality - Indian (Woman)
Age - 26
Work Experience - Currently working as a Quality and Business Assurance engineer in a highly reputed multinational AI company. I have led the quality assurance efforts for multiple proprietary products of my company.
Education - B. Tech in CS from SRMIST, Chennai (9.43 GPA, performance based scholarship winner)(2017-2021)
Post MBA Goal - Inclined towards a career in product management but remain open to exploring other opportunities before making a final decision
Target college- Top 20 Business schools in US. Haven’t researched about specific schools yet.
Queries -
1. I am not completely happy with my score and I think I can improve it a bit. I feel like retaking the exam, but I have to prepare for TOEFL and work on my applications. I want to know if my score is enough or if I should retake.
2. Need opinion on my target schools. Can you please suggest schools that I can aim for based on my profile
3. Suggestions for MBA consultants. I would require help in profile building and figuring out the entire process

Thank you in advance!

Analyzing your profile, you have a perfect chance to get admitted into a few programs from the top 20 US. If you're targeting to apply in R2 you need to start with your current GMAT FE 655(equivalent to classic 700)now or there are great chances of missing your deadlines while writing your CV, recommendation, essays, etc. Your work experience in a multinational AI company will give you an advantage over the Indian engineering cohort.
However, addressing your questions.

1. it is always suggested to apply with a good GMAT FE 665+ being international candidates, retaking the GMAT is good but do not stress on the score instead work on application details.
2. Michigan Ross, Tuck School of Business, Tepper School of Business, UCLA Anderson, and Berkely Haas are a few programs you can target.
3. Our MBA admission experts have helped many applicants with similar backgrounds in profile building, school shorting, application guidance, etc. Book a free profile evaluation call today.

All the best!
