Current Work Place: South Korea
Work Experience: 8yrs and 7 months. Presently working as a Technical Leader in Aricent.
International experience (4.5 years) working for top telecom clients like Texas Instruments, Nokia Siemens Networks and Samsung.
Worked in Mexico for a year and Presently working in South Korea for last 3.5 years.
Customer Interfacing job handling customer requirements, and providing solutions as a technical consultant leading a small team of 4 people.

Attempt 1: 600, V23, Q49, IR 4, AWA 5.5
Academics:
10th - 80.16% (Year 2000)
12th - 92.9 % (Year 2002)
B Tech in Electrical and Electronics (Year 2006): 75.15 % (First Class with Distinction)
MIST, JNT University, Hyderabad.
Extracurriculars:
College Level:
- Participated in college level debate competitions.
- Hosting and Compering in College Functions.
Toastmasters:
- Been in Toastmasters International for ~3 years.
- Achieved Advanced Communicator Bronze and Advanced Leader Bronze awards.
- Made it to the final 8 in Speech Evaluation Contest at the National level (South Korea) with around 60 clubs
- Experience in various leadership positions in Toastmasters over a period of 3 years.

Due to the competitive nature of the Indian applicant pool, I don't think your profile would get any attention for the full time programs you are targeting, but with nine years of FT work experience and likely 10 by the time you matriculate, you'd be a good candidate for executive programs, which is where I would encourage you to focus. If you could get your GMAT score up 30 or 40 points, you could possibly target the FT programs, but they will heavily scrutinize why you have not gone back by now to get MBA. Your international experience would be a real asset in the executive programs. Also look at Duke Cross Continent program.
