Thanks for the great help you are giving on the forums. I would really appreciate some brutal honesty on my weaknesses. I already have ding from Kellogg and would'nt get hurt.

Bio: Male, Age 31
Nationality: Indian, US permanent Resident
GMAT 1st: 660 (V35/Q46) AWA: 4.0
GMAT 2nd: 710 (V39/Q49) AWA: 3.0
Exp: 8 Years ( 4 promotions)
Position: Product Manager at Telecom Giant Fortune 50 (responsible for a $250M product)
Volunteering: Habitat for Humanity and STEM guidance at schools.
Grad: 3.65 GPA - M.S Telecommunications Management @ Oklahoma State(Spears School of Business) -Full Tuition Waiver
UnderGrad: First Class with Distinction @ Non-name brand institution India. Merit Seat (subsidized)
Primary Targets: Booth, Haas PT. Kellogg PT dinged.
Other Possible Targets: Columbia, Sloan Exec.
Please let me know my weakness and if I should take GMAT again to strengthen app (especially because of AWA which did focus on at all).
P.S: I am not yet a US Permanents resident, but I am like inches away from getting my Green Card. Should I wait for it. Will it make a big difference since I would be in the "non international" pool?

You have a decent profile with good international work exposure and GMAT Score.
As you must be knowing that the average work experience of most of the business school is 4-5 years and since you have 8 years of work experience you have to justify comparatively more on your application.
It is highly advisable in your case to focus on your application evaluation essays. This is where you can demonstrate your leadership qualities, achievements, professional vision and other abilities. A well presented and perfectly written essay is absolutely critical to make a strong case for yourself during the final interview and more so when you have an average GMAT scores.
I would strongly recommend you to seek assistance from professional consultants for guidance who can more closely review your situation and provide you with a list of B-Schools where you would have chances of converting your application to admission. You should also get your essays reviewed from them before sending it along with your application to better your prospects. You may also visit https://bit.ly/1bxgRzX for essays and analysis.
