Work experience:
4 years (by matriculation) as a Structural Engineer, then Structural Engineer II (tunnels and underground structures) at a specialized medium-sized engineering consultancy with projects across the CIS region. Promoted before meeting experience requirements, partially developed national guidelines on a specific type of structural calculations, worked on a regional record-setting project.
3 years (by matriculation) as an individual member of a National Tunneling Association. Work there as an unpaid translator/interpreter. Many conference visits across the globe and much contact with senior executives, domestic and international. Obtained some privileges from EU embassies for the Association members, since our Association is a part of the International Tunneling Association.
Currently on the employment roster at the United Nations Secretariat after having passed their Young Professionals Program 2012 (pass rate ca. 2%) in the job family of Architecture.
Education:
Leading national technical University.
Specialist Degree (5 years) with Distinction.
Major in Civil Engineering.
GPA 9.13/10 (corresponds to GPA 3.57/4).
1st and 2nd places at two subject student city competitions, extracurricular scientific activity, a publication.

Have leading roles in annual amateur performances at work.
Entered quarter-final of the largest business-case championship in the CIS region with a team I have formed. (not sure I should mention it since this is hardly a success)
Speak 4 languages fluently + 1 at a business level.
Participated 3 times in academic exchange programs with Germany during high schools (duration 4-6 weeks).
Short-term goal: management consulting in the Eastern Europe region.
Long-term goal: contributing to the development of business education in Belarus, with an ultimate goal of founding a business school here and leading it to regional prominence.
