Gender – Male
Age – 27 (current)
GMAT – 720
Undergrad – B.Tech - Automobile Engineering (Delhi Technological University - ranked 8th in India)
- CGPA - 4
Work Experience
A) Currently working as Technical Lead (Software) with Agiliad Technologies Private Limited - It is a startup founded in 2012, now having more than 250 employees.
Tenure - Since July 2013 - present
- Got 2 promotions in first 3 years. Working onsite in Rockwell Automation in Singapore for last 1 year.
Extra-curriculum
- Football, Cricket at school and college.
Post MBA goals
To work in a Technology firm at managerial position and in some years start my own business
Primary reason for an MBA
To gain international exposure and a career jump
I am looking to target Schools
- Kellog (one year MBA)
- INSEAD
- LBS
- IMD
- IES
Please do let me know my chances. Or if you could tell me the safe and moderate universities for my score.

thanks for sharing your profile. In general, you have a good profile. The main issue is that your background is very common and you will have to compete against tons of Indian Males with IT backgrounds.
This does not mean you have no chances, but it means that you will have to put together very strong applications.
It is good that you have obtained 2 promotions in 3 years, and you have international experience in Singapore. This will play in your favor.
However, your extra-curriculum / extra-professional activities are kind of weak, and your motivation and goals post-MBA a bit vague.
I think all the schools in your list are fine, but like I said, you will need to put together very strong applications to stand-out from the rest of people with your same background.
Perhaps IMD would be a bit more challenging given that they typically require candidates to have more tenure, and hold strong leadership positions.
