4) Instructor for CPA Canada In-Depth Tax program - typically aimed at designated accountants and lawyers practicing Canadian income tax, contributor to a number of programs hosted by my former business school (adviser to their volunteer tax clinic, alumni host for "take a student for lunch" program)
5) Chartered Accountant in Canada
6) HBS, Wharton, Columbia, London Business School, Stern, Toronto (other Top 15 business schools in the US)
7) R1 2015 (starting Fall 2016)
8) Position at MBB
I understand from reading other posts that some of the listed school are a "reach" or a too far away "reach", as a follow-up which areas would I find the most value in improving?

You guessed it – I would deem HBS too much of a reach to be realistic; there would probably be better ways to spend your time… Columbia and Stern would be quite high reaches, perhaps target Columbia as your biggest reach school. LBS would be excellent; a very reasonable reach, close to on-par, and Toronto an excellent on-par. Have you considered Booth? It might be another good reasonable reach. And perhaps Duke or Cornell for closer to on-pars in the US.
As far as what to improve, continue developing a professional track record of leadership, impact, and accomplishment; also, continue researching your goals so that you can make the strongest case possible for what you want to do and why.
