Hi mariano03,

You have an excellent profile and GMAT Score. I totally agree with the above comments here, you have a good shot at top 10 business schools. And since January month is almost over, instead of rushing into your application its better to apply for round 1, 2016 intake. You will have enough time to work on your essays and do the groundwork on B-Schools.
You haven't mentioned about your extracurricular. I would also suggest you to work on your extracurricular as well this year if you don't have any. It will make your profile strong and improve your chances of getting admit to your dream B-School.

You may also gauge your chances of getting admission to top business school this year by trying this amazing tool https://bit.ly/1C9o2Md

Hello,
can someone please help me?

I am 28yo, male, Italian, with almost 5 yrs of work experience.
I graduated in Engineering in 2009 from the Polytechnic University of Milan (GPA 4.0 - 107/110), and thereafter I worked 1 year as Business Strategy Analyst in Finmeccanica (the main Aerospace/Defence italian player). Then I joined Deloitte, where I have been working as a Management Consultant in the last 3 yrs.

I got an higher tha expected GMAT score: 760 (V:49, Q:45, IR:5)

Since I would like to work either in the luxury or in the entartainment industry, my first options were SDA Bocconi (Luxury Business Mgmt track), UCLA, NYU Stern. Now, given my GMAT score I was thinking about applying to a tier-1 school, but which one?

Can you please give me some advice?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

In case you are looking for Luxury Brand Mgmt these are some of the top universities IFA Paris, University of Monaco, EMLyon Business School.Hope this helps.Let us know if you need any further guidance.

Hi there! I’m Zooey from Aringo. Your profile (work experience + GMAT) does make you well poised to get into a tier 1 school. I encourage you to check out this page (https://www.aringo.com/MBA_specializations.htm), which lists these schools as well as their specializations. Though there is nothing about luxury or entertainment management in particular, you will find that programs such as Tuck, Duke, Harvard, Kellogg etc. offer specializations in General Management.

I encourage you to try our “Admissions Chances Calculator” (https://www.aringo.com/MBA_admission_cha ... ulator.htm), browse our website for tips, and set up a free assessment (with no attached commitments) with our International CEO, Chaya, ([email protected]) who can help you determine which schools would best suit your career goals and present you with the highest chances of admission.

Best of luck,
Zooey
